Yes. Every booking includes exclusive use of the play area, so your dog will not be mixed with unfamiliar dogs during your session.

Each booking includes up to three dogs.

Additional dogs can be added for £2 per dog, up to a maximum of eight dogs per session.

Yes. Because each session is private, Zoomies can be a great option for nervous, anxious or reactive dogs that need their own space.

Owners remain responsible for safely managing and supervising their dogs throughout the visit.

Friendly and safely manageable dogs of most breeds are welcome.

Yes. Puppies are welcome once they are fully vaccinated and ready to safely explore a new indoor environment.

No. Sessions are private and booking times are staggered to reduce the chance of unfamiliar dogs crossing over.

Yes. Zoomies is a fully enclosed indoor environment designed with your dog’s safety and wellbeing in mind.

Yes. Owners must remain with and supervise their dogs throughout the full session.

A member of the Zoomies team will be on site if assistance is needed.

You may wish to bring your dog’s favourite treats or toys, drinking water and a towel if they are wet or muddy.

Cleaning stations are available on site.

Yes. The facilities are regularly cleaned using dog-safe products to maintain a fresh and hygienic environment.

Please do not attend if your dog has experienced vomiting or diarrhoea within the previous 48 hours, or if they may have a contagious illness.

Yes. Children are welcome but must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

Yes. All sessions should be booked online in advance so availability can be managed safely.

Bookings cancelled at least 48 hours before the session may be refunded or transferred.

Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable.

Please arrive no more than five minutes before your booking to help prevent dogs from different sessions meeting.

Yes. On-site parking is available for Zoomies customers.

Yes. Private sessions are ideal for dog birthdays, puppy meet-ups and play dates, provided the maximum number of dogs is not exceeded.
