Zoomies Booking Terms & Conditions

• Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session.
• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your session may be refunded or transferred, subject to availability. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your booking are non-refundable.
• Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before your session to allow time for cleaning between bookings. Sessions begin and end at the booked time.
• Please ensure your dog or dogs have been to the toilet before arriving to help keep the play areas clean and enjoyable for everyone.
• Each booking includes up to 3 dogs. Additional dogs are charged at £2 per dog, up to a maximum of 8 dogs per session.
• Dogs must be fit, healthy and free from contagious illness. Dogs must not have experienced vomiting or diarrhoea within the previous 48 hours and must be up to date with their vaccinations.
• Owners are responsible for supervising and controlling their dog or dogs at all times. Dogs must never be left unattended.
• Any dog displaying aggressive or dangerous behaviour may be refused entry or asked to leave without a refund.
• Owners must clean up after their dog or dogs using the cleaning products and waste bins provided.
• Owners may be held responsible for any deliberate damage caused by themselves or their dog or dogs.
• Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
• Use of the facilities is at the owner's own risk. Zoomies Dog Play Area accepts no liability for injury, illness, loss or damage except where caused by negligence or where liability cannot legally be excluded.
