Zoomies Booking Terms & Conditions

• Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session.
• Cancellations and rescheduling: Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your scheduled session may be refunded or transferred to another available date. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable.
• Arrival times: Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before your booked session to allow time for cleaning between bookings. Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. Late arrivals cannot be given additional time.
• Before you arrive: Please ensure your dog or dogs have been to the toilet before arriving to help keep the play areas clean and enjoyable for everyone.
• Dogs per session: Each booking includes up to 3 dogs. Additional dogs are charged at £2 per dog, with a maximum of 8 dogs permitted per session.
• Dog health: Dogs must be fit, healthy and free from contagious illness. They must not have experienced vomiting or diarrhoea within the previous 48 hours and must be up to date with their vaccinations.
• Owner responsibility: Owners are responsible for supervising and controlling their dog or dogs at all times. Dogs must never be left unattended while using the facilities.
• Behaviour: Zoomies Dog Play Area reserves the right to refuse entry or ask any dog displaying aggressive or dangerous behaviour to leave immediately. No refund will be issued in these circumstances.
• Cleaning: Owners must clean up after their dog or dogs using the cleaning products and waste bins provided throughout the facility.
• Damage: Owners may be held responsible for the cost of repairing or replacing any damage deliberately or negligently caused by themselves or their dog or dogs.
• Children: Children are welcome but must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
• Liability: Use of Zoomies Dog Play Area is entirely at the owner's own risk. Whilst every effort is made to provide a safe, clean and secure environment, Zoomies Dog Play Area accepts no liability for injury, illness, loss or damage unless caused by our negligence or where liability cannot legally be excluded.
